Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Executive to join our Power Tools & Machinery Division (BRAND: INGCO) in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving in-store sales, assisting walk-in customers, and ensuring timely payment collections. This role offers a performance-based incentive structure linked to sales volume and collection efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the retail showroom, providing expert advice on power tools and machinery.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and showroom cleanliness.
• Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends.
• Build long-term relationships with retail customers and small business clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in power tools, hardware, or machinery.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers.
• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Basic computer skills for billing and inventory systems.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
