The Manager – Retail Sales (Karachi & Btn) will be responsible for managing retail sales operations, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring strong market presence across the region. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with dealers, distributors, and key business partners, conducting regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility, and analyzing sales data for strategic decision-making. The incumbent will monitor competitor activities, explore new business opportunities, and lead field sales teams to drive performance and results. The ideal candidate should hold a BBA/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Management Sciences, with 9–12 years of relevant experience in the steel, construction materials, or manufacturing industry, along with strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office .
