Sealy Mattress Middle East, a family owned company and operation licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. Since 1990, we have been a key player in the bedding industry, initially importing high quality products like Sealy, Crown Jewels, and Stearns & Foster. Our successful collaboration led to the establishment of a state of the art production facility in Jeddah in 1999, allowing us to manufacture and deliver exclusive high end products tailored for the Arab market. In today's competitive landscape, Sealy Middle East is recognized as a prime participant in the global bedding industry, driving innovation, advanced technology, and exceptional customer service. As the Retail Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing our sales strategy, managing retail operations, and ensuring that our products reach a wider audience while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Manage and oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retail partners.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align retail initiatives with promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in consumer goods and mattress/bedding.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff.
  • Proficiency in sales analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market demands.
  • Strong problem solving skills and a customer focused mindset.
  • Male, 30 to 40 years of age.
  • Saudi or Lebanese national.
