Job Title: Retail Sales Officer

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Officer to join our team. Candidates with experience in printing companies or packaging companies will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive market.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduation (Master’s in Marketing preferred)
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the retail or sales field (preferably in printing or packaging industry)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
