Job Title: Retail Sales Officer – Diamond Showroom

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Greet customers warmly and ascertain their jewelry preferences and requirements.

* Demonstrate and explain the features, quality, and value of diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry products.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

* Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.

* Maintain knowledge of the latest trends, collections, and promotions.

* Provide accurate information regarding pricing, financing options, and after-sales services.

* Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.

* Maintain showroom appearance and ensure all products are displayed attractively.

* Assist with inventory management, stock audits, and record-keeping.

* Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the customer shopping experience.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

* Minimum education: High School Diploma; Graduate preferred.

* Prior experience in luxury retail, preferably in diamonds, jewelry, or watches.

* Strong understanding of diamonds (4 Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat) and gemstone quality.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
