Retail Sales Officer (Jwellery)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewellery items
• Explain product details such as design, purity, weight, price, and care
• Build trust with customers and provide a premium shopping experience
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle billing, payments, and basic documentation
• Maintain display counters and ensure jewellery is presented attractively
• Manage customer inquiries, exchanges, and after-sales service
• Follow store security procedures and handle jewellery carefully
• Maintain accurate stock and sales records

Qualification - 12th Pass/Any Graduation
