We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our esteemed team. As the face of Michele & Company Fine Jewelers, you will be pivotal in upholding our reputation of offering personalized and exceptional service that exceeds the clients’ expectations.

$40,000 - $60,000 yearly

• Assist and guide clients in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry, ensuring each client enjoys a personalized and luxurious service experience
• Develop and nurture client relationships, maintaining our community’s trust and loyalty
• Educate clients on the unique characteristics, quality, and craftsmanship of our jewelry collection
• Manage inventory, including the display, organization, and care of fine jewelry
• Participate in store events, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales and enhance client engagement
• Stay informed of current jewelry trends and the store’s collection to effectively respond to client inquiries and needs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the luxury or fine jewelry sector, is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, appreciating the artistry and craftsmanship of fine jewelry
• A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and special events
