Job Description:


Sales Performance:

  • Achieve Team sales targets for products and services
  • Drive the overall sales and operations performance by leading the team to meet monthly targets.
  • Implement hourly sales programs and initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor local competitors’ activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Ensure Sales Executives and Promoters are consistently available on the sales floor to assist customers.
  • Monitor and guide the team to approach and greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Foster a customer-first environment to enhance the shopping experience and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Communication:

  • Assign daily tasks to Sales Executives and Promoters, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
  • Communicate company promotional details, incentive programs, and sales goals to the team.
  • Conduct daily team briefings to ensure alignment with store objectives and updates.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to the team to enhance performance and morale.

Training and Development:

  • Ensure team members receive adequate training on store operating procedures, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Monitor training completion
  • Provide on-the-job coaching to improve the team's sales skills and product expertise.
