Ensure Sales Executives and Promoters are consistently available on the sales floor to assist customers.

Monitor and guide the team to approach and greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner.

Foster a customer-first environment to enhance the shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Communication:

Assign daily tasks to Sales Executives and Promoters, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.

Communicate company promotional details, incentive programs, and sales goals to the team.

Conduct daily team briefings to ensure alignment with store objectives and updates.

Provide ongoing feedback and support to the team to enhance performance and morale.
Training and Development:

Ensure team members receive adequate training on store operating procedures, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
