What You’ll Do:

✔ Provide an outstanding shopping experience that keeps customers coming back
✔ Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving store goals
✔ Execute visual merchandising and help maintain a clean, organized store
✔ Support daily store operations including opening, closing, and inventory control
✔ Uphold company standards in professionalism, conduct, and appearance

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours — including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for fashion and representing the TR RETAIL, LLC brand
• Basic computer knowledge and POS system experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and move for 8+ hours
• Frequent walking, reaching, bending, and occasional ladder use
