Retail Salesperson

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, prices, and promotions clearly.
• Complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Keep shelves organized, clean, and fully stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist in receiving and organizing new stock.
• Handle customer questions or complaints professionally.
• Follow all store policies and maintain a neat personal appearance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work in a team and handle busy periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (morning/evening/weekends).
