Retail Salesperson

Sealy Mattress Middle East is a Saudi-based mattress manufacturer and licensed Sealy partner serving customers across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. The company produces and sells premium bedding products, with a focus on helping customers find solutions that match their comfort preferences, sleep habits, and lifestyle needs. This is an opportunity to join a customer-facing sales environment where product knowledge, consultative selling, and service quality all play an important role.

As a Retail Sales Person, you will help customers navigate premium bedding choices and make confident purchase decisions. The role is centered on delivering a strong in-store experience, building trust with shoppers, and supporting sales growth through clear product guidance and attentive service. You will work closely with customers throughout the buying journey, from the first conversation through to purchase completion and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and recommend suitable mattresses based on sleep needs.
• Explain bedding product features, materials, and comfort differences clearly.
• Drive showroom sales by building rapport and closing customer purchases.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the sales floor stays organized.
• Process transactions accurately and coordinate delivery details with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 5 years of experience in bedding and mattress sales, ideally in a showroom or retail floor environment.
• Experience advising walk-in showroom customers on comfort needs, handling objections around premium products, closing same-visit purchases, and coordinating delivery details after the sale.
• Experience using POS systems, inventory systems, or delivery and order coordination tools.
• Native Arabic proficiency and intermediate English proficiency.
• Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
• Male/Female.
• Saudi, Lebanese, or Yemeni nationality.
