Retail & Shipping Associate (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Printing)

Pay: From $16.00 per hour + bonus opportunities

From UPS, FedEx, DHL & USPS shipments to custom packing, printing, and design, every day is fast-paced, different, and hands-on. Customers count on us to make their shipping hassle-free and their printing stand out.

We’re looking for an energetic, problem-solving associate who thrives on helping people, learning new skills, and keeping things running smoothly. Forget the typical retail routine. Here, no two days are the same!

What You’ll Do

• Be the face of our store: Greet customers warmly and make them feel supported.
• Problem-solve & recommend: Help customers with shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services while suggesting the best solutions for their needs.
• Upsell with integrity: Use your customer service skills to maximize sales without being pushy.
• Support printing/design projects: Assist with print jobs and basic graphic design tasks (training provided).
• Operate systems: Run our POS and PostalMate shipping software (we’ll train you).
• Keep things sharp: Restock, organize, and maintain a clean, professional store.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with our crew to hit goals and keep service levels high.

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, approachable personality who enjoys helping people.
• Customer service or retail experience (preferred but not required).
• Comfortable upselling and explaining services with confidence.
• Basic experience or interest in printing/graphic design (a plus!).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm in a busy environment.
• Tech/computer comfort & willing to learn new software.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
