Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Retail Showroom Manager to lead our furniture showroom team. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, developing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a team of sales consultants, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
• Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, resolving complaints and issues in a professional manner.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock tracking and minimizing losses.
• Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays and ensure the showroom is well-maintained and organized.
• Operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining store appearance.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and other performance metrics.

Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience:3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in furniture sales.
