Job Overview:

To lead, manage, and oversee the daily operations of the showroom. Ensure that the showroom meets sales targets, delivers outstanding customer experience, maintains merchandise standards, and fosters a motivated, customer‑centric team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the showroom every day, making sure everything is working well (sales, stock, staff)
• Lead the showroom team: train, guide, motivate, check their work
• Meet sales targets and try to improve performance
• Keep track of inventory: know what is in stock, what needs reordering, prevent stock-outs
• Handle customer service: help customers, resolve complaints politely and quickly
• Report to management: send sales reports, stock updates, staff performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
