Retail Staff - Oman

Job description

To provide excellent customer service, promote and sell perfumes and related products, achieve sales targets, and maintain high standards of store presentation.

Location: Barka, Oman.

Immediate Joiners preferred only.

Requirements: With 1- 2 years of experience in Perfume sales preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and understand their fragrance preferences.
• Recommend perfumes based on customer needs, occasions, and budget.
• Demonstrate product knowledge including fragrance notes, longevity, and brand stories.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Upsell and cross-sell perfumes, gift sets, and accessories.
• Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock to the supervisor.
• Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and POS systems accurately.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat sales.
• Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and retail policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO150.000 - RO200.000 per month
