Responsibilities

Create a personalized and customized jewelry experience for every customer
Guide customers through custom jewelry options including design, stone selection, setting styles, and budget considerations
Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s story, occasion, and preferences
Recommend tailored pieces based on individual style and needs
Assist customers with special orders, custom designs, and milestone purchases (engagements, anniversaries, gifts)
Provide a high-touch, hospitality-level client experience from consultation to final purchase
Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business
Follow up with customers regarding custom pieces and ongoing service
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customization and sales process

Qualifications:

Previous hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or customer-facing experience preferred
Retail sales experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Motivated by performance-based income
English language proficiency
