RETAIL/SPA SALES

• Establish and maintain good customer service
• Advanced water testing and chemical balancing
• Proficient understanding of pool and spa chemicals
• Ensure showroom shelves are stocked & front-faced
• Email when inventory needs ordered for showroom
• Greet all customers and spa/pool sales leads professionally and call for sales specialist to assist them further
• Maintain all walk-in & phone inquires
• Study manuals and videos to assist in phone troubleshooting and/or chemical help over the phone or in store
• Become proficient in Orenda chemistry and the Orenda Academy to follow all Integrity Pools & Spas chemical ranges and targets
• Daily cleaning of floors, shelves, and hot tubs as needed

GENERAL

• Follow Integrity Pools & Spas policies and guidelines
• Follow inventory protocol, processes, and checklists
• Exceptional understanding of overall office functions, paper flow, and equipment
• Maintain accurate time and attendance timecard
• Complete special projects as needed
• Contribute to team effort by assisting other staff when necessary
• Contribute to the management team as needed

• Ability to load products into customer vehicles

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
