They also handle project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting, requiring strong technical knowledge in civil engineering and leadership skills Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Management:Develop project plans, set objectives, define scope, and manage project execution from initiation to completion. Budget & Resource Management:Oversee project budgets, control costs, manage procurement processes, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow and coordination. Construction Oversight:Coordinate design and construction activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to designs and quality standards. Compliance & Safety:Ensure all construction practices and site conditions meet regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and building standards. Reporting & Documentation:Prepare and present project status reports, maintain project documentation, and create detailed reports for stakeholders. Risk Management:Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues as they arise during the project lifecycle. Essential Skills and Qualifications Technical Expertise:Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering principles and practices. Leadership & Communication:Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills to foster collaboration and manage teams effectively.
