Your Role:

As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our retail operations. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves our store delighted.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations efficiently and effectively

Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve targets

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control

Implement visual merchandising standards that reflect our brand

Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports

Recruit, train, and onboard new team members

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail (home textiles or similar industry preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer service

Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems

Flexible, organized, and detail-oriented
