Retail Store Manager

We are partnering with a leading international retail brand to appoint a Store Manager for one of their flagship locations in Dubai.

This is not a boutique environment.

We are looking for a commercially driven retail leader who has managed a busy, high-footfall, flagship store and understands how to balance customer experience with strong operational execution.

What We're Looking For You must have:

• 5-7+ years of retail leadership experience
• Proven experience managing a large, high-volume store
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive KPIs
• Experience leading, coaching and developing large teams
• Hands on floor leadership style
• Strong operational discipline (stock, VM, scheduling, reporting, etc.)

This role would suit someone currently managing a flagship store within:

• Large format retail
• High traffic mall environments

Luxury only backgrounds are less relevant for this hire.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Driving commercial performance and sales targets
• Leading and developing a large team
• Managing daily trading rhythms and operational KPIs
• Ensuring an exceptional in store customer experience
• Building succession plans and future leaders
• Owning the full P&L performance of the store

This is a highly visible leadership role within a well established global brand.
