Retail Store Manager

We are currently recruiting a Retail Store Manager for our client based in Dubai, UAE.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Store Manager to lead the operations of our Client's Store in Dubai. The ideal candidate: someone who is sales oriented, energetic, and possesses at least 2 years of proven managerial experience. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, a customer centric approach, and the ability to optimize store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
• Drive the achievement of monthly sales targets and implement revenue-boosting strategies.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Implement loss prevention protocols and uphold store security standards.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to support strategic decision making.
• Maintain effective communication across customers, staff, and senior management.

Job Requirements

• Experience min 7 years out of which 2 years at a store managerial/supervisor role.
• Proven experience working with diverse nationalities and contributing to improved store sales performance.
• Experience in retail showroom sales for Electronics, Mobiles, or Computers is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Fast learner with high adaptability
• Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
• Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
