Position Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on, results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and build a high-performing team. This role requires someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and can consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with the Regional Manager to execute goals and improve overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty
  • Drive sales performance and execute on KPIs and revenue goals
  • Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable
  • Create schedules that ensure proper coverage and efficiency
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
  • Maintain strict compliance with DCC regulations and company policies
  • Oversee inventory, cash handling, and operational audits
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Identify operational gaps and implement solutions
  • Foster a positive, accountable team environment

Qualifications

  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • 2+ years of retail management or leadership experience
  • Cannabis industry or compliance experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Reliable transportation and open availability
  • Ability to commit to a 50-hour work week
