Assist customers with styling, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates.

• Ensure store presentation, hygiene, and visual merchandising meet brand standards.

• Manage billing, order follow-ups, and customer database updates accurately.

• Handle exchanges, alterations, and after-sales support with professionalism.

• Represent the Sureena Chowdhri brand with warmth, confidence, and service excellence.
