Position: Retail Store Sales Executive (Coimbatore)

Location: Coimbatore (R.S. Puram)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Languages Required: Tamil & English (Hindi is a bonus)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer-facing retail roles

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every walk-in customer with warmth and professionalism.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products.
• Achieve personal and store-level sales targets.
• Build loyal customer relationships and ensure return visits.
• Maintain the store’s cleanliness, display aesthetics, and stock organization.
• Handle POS operations and daily sales entries.
• Assist in store events, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising.
• Address customer queries, feedback, and issues gracefully.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 1+ years of experience in retail/customer service.
• Are confident, polite, and enthusiastic.
• Love talking to people and selling artistic, meaningful products.
• Can handle billing, inventory, and store operations.
• Are open to working weekends/festive seasons (rotational weekly offs).
• Are looking for a long-term, stable job in Coimbatore.

Education & Skills:

• Any Bachelor’s degree/diploma (preferred, not mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software)
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English

Compensation:

Annual CTC: ₹1.8 Lakhs – ₹2.5 Lakhs (based on experience and interview performance) + Incentives based on store targets.
