We are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven, and highly customer-focused Retail Store Supervisor Alcohol Beverage to join our team across our retail shop network. • Salary: AED 4500 per month (Fixed)

• Oversee the daily operations of retail liquor stores and affiliated agencies
• Supervise, train, and support store staff to ensure efficient and effective service
• Manage inventory levels and place orders for new stock as needed
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial and inventory records
• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost store performance
• Coordinate promotional activities and in-store events
• Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation standards
• Ensure the security of the store and its contents, including opening and closing procedures
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Should have proven experience in related field and should have deep knowledge in alcohol and beverage related subjects
