Retail Team Member

We're a small, independent shop serving horse people, dog owners, hobby farmers, and everyone in between. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves animals and wants to be part of a friendly, knowledgeable team.

About the role

This is a hands-on position at the heart of our store. You'll keep the shop running smoothly day-to-day — stocking shelves, helping customers find exactly what they need, keeping everything tidy, and making sure our online orders get out the door fast. You'll also have a hand in refreshing our product displays, making the store feel inviting and well-organized.

What you'll do

• Stock and organize shelves and inventory
• Operate the cash register and assist customers
• Pick, pack, and fulfill online orders
• Refresh and redesign product displays
• Keep the store clean and welcoming
• Help customers find the right products for their animals

What we're looking for

• Passion for pets, horses, or farming — any animal love counts
• Equestrian background a big plus
• Reliable, friendly, and a team player
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Available at least one weekend day per week
• Detail-oriented with good energy

Schedule

• Flexible hours available, up to 32 per week
• Availability on at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
• We'll work with you to build a consistent schedule that fits

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
