RETAILSTORE MANAGER -FEMALE

We are looking for an experienced Female Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, visual standards, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT)
• Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate store staff
• Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalated complaints
• Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
• Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage control
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail standards
• Coordinate with head office for promotions, manpower, and stock requirements

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Sales-driven with good understanding of retail KPIs
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
