Formwork Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Formwork Supervision:

• Supervise and coordinate daily formwork operations on-site.
• Ensure all formwork is installed according to engineering drawings and safety standards.
• Monitor work progress, quality control, and productivity of the formwork team.
• Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor formwork crews as needed.
• Enforce health and safety procedures on site.

Store & Rental Management:

• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of formwork materials and rental equipment.
• Track inventory levels and ensure timely reordering or return of rented materials.
• Process rental orders from internal teams and/or external clients.
• Coordinate delivery and collection logistics with transport teams.
• Maintain accurate stock records, issue slips, and material tracking logs.
• Inspect formwork and equipment upon return for damage and ensure repairs or replacements are initiated.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of formwork materials to minimize damage and losses.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in formwork company
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems (e.g., Doka, Peri, Hünnebeck, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using inventory or ERP software is an asset.
• Physically fit and able to work in site and warehouse conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification are advantageous.

Work Conditions:

• Split between on-site supervision and store/warehouse management.
• May require occasional weekend or overtime work based on project demands.
