Civil Engineer (Arabic Speaker Only)

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be Arabic-speaking and familiar with local construction standards, authorities’ requirements, and site execution practices in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil works on-site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project timelines
• Prepare technical reports, method statements, and progress updates
• Review drawings, BOQs, and material submittals
• Liaise with local authorities and municipalities as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the UAE
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency required
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, standards, and approval processes
• Experience in site supervision and project coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Primavera is a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
