Retention Executive / Support Executive – Forex

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle existing client accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist clients with forex trading account-related queries and provide timely support.
  • Follow up with inactive clients and encourage account reactivation and trading activities.
  • Explain company products, trading platforms, promotions, and market updates to clients.
  • Coordinate with sales and dealing teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
  • Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Update CRM with client interactions, follow-ups, and transaction details.
  • Support clients with KYC documentation and onboarding processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
