Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle existing client accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist clients with forex trading account-related queries and provide timely support.
- Follow up with inactive clients and encourage account reactivation and trading activities.
- Explain company products, trading platforms, promotions, and market updates to clients.
- Coordinate with sales and dealing teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention levels.
- Update CRM with client interactions, follow-ups, and transaction details.
- Support clients with KYC documentation and onboarding processes.

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
