Retention Manager (Forex/Equity Trading)

• Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and reduce churn
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value and at-risk clients
• Serve as the point of escalation for client complaints or dissatisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns targeting inactive or dormant clients
• Work closely with the sales team to re-engage inactive clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of client data and sensitive trading information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Forex Trading Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Share (Equity) Market: 1 year (Preferred)
