Retention Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Push, and In-App.
• Set up and test customer journeys, automations, and segments.
• Coordinate with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns go live smoothly.
• Perform QA checks, A/B testing, and post-campaign analysis.
• Support in managing customer data, cohort tracking, and retention dashboards.
• Research new trends in customer engagement and personalization.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
