Retention & Monetization Manager
, you’ll design strategies that increase merchant lifetime value through loyalty programs, lifecycle engagement, and economically sound incentives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own Silqfi’s retention and monetization strategy across the merchant lifecycle.

Design and manage tiered, gamified loyalty programs for B2B users.

Develop lifecycle strategies to improve retention, repeat usage, and revenue per merchant.

Define, track, and optimize unit economics including LTV, churn, margins, and reward ROI.

Build financial models to assess reward costs, incentives, and profitability.

Design and execute trigger-based lifecycle campaigns using customer engagement platforms.

Partner with Product, Growth, Finance, and Engineering teams to align incentives with business goals.

Continuously test, measure, and refine retention initiatives based on data insights.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in retention strategy, loyalty program management, or Customer Value Management (CVM).

Proven experience designing tiered or gamified loyalty systems for B2B users.

Strong understanding of unit economics (LTV, churn, margins, cohort performance).

Advanced modeling skills using Excel / Sheets to calculate reward costs and ROI.

Hands-on experience with lifecycle messaging platforms (e.g. CleverTap, Braze, MoEngage).

Ability to design trigger-based and behavior-driven campaigns.

Strong analytical thinking combined with commercial judgment.
