Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Retention Specialist with strong experience in inbound and outbound sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will focus on customer retention, upselling, and relationship management while consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to retain existing customers
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions to prevent churn
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
• Address objections professionally and close deals effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, retention, or customer success
• Strong background in outbound & inbound calling
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Graduate preferred
