As a Tele Sales & Retention Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in retaining clients, handling complex cases, and driving customer satisfaction. Whether it’s resolving cancellations, negotiating solutions, or managing high-pressure situations, you’ll be the go-to expert for saving the day!
  • Customer Retention & Problem-Solving – Handle cancellation requests, complaints, and customer escalations.
  • Sales & Negotiation – Persuade and retain clients through strong negotiation tactics.
  • Multi-task & Decision Making – Work independently while making quick, effective decisions.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Track and analyze data (Excel skills are a plus!).
  • Collaboration – Work closely with different teams to enhance the customer experience.

Skills Knowledge & Expertise


  • Sales Experts – Background in outbound sales, telesales, banking, insurance, loans, credit card management, or medical sales.
  • Retention Pros – Experience in customer support, back-office, or 2nd line support (preferably in banking or telecom).
  • Strong Communicators – Proven negotiation & persuasion skills.
  • Proactive Problem-Solvers – Independent decision-makers who own their work.
  • Multi-taskers & Adaptable Thinkers – Able to handle pressure and deliver results.
  • Excel & Reporting Skills (Bonus!) – Comfortable working with numbers and data analysis.
  • Open to evening shifts (up to 10 PM max)
