Job Opportunity: Customer Support Specialist – German Speaker

Location: On-site in 6th of October City, Egypt

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: On-site (Remote option available for female candidates only)

Shift: Evening Shift — Monday to Friday

Salary: 27,000 EGP + 1000 EGP Performance Bonus

About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. The role involves assisting customers through very low-volume calls, chats, and emails, focusing on quality support rather than high traffic. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via call, chat, and email with professionalism.
• Resolve issues efficiently and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions.
• Provide product/service guidance and customer-centric solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or support.
• German level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) — able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work the Monday–Friday.
