The main responsibility of this job is customer retention. This unit is protecting the bank from losing its home finance customers to another banks
Role holder is responsible for:
- Retaining Home Finance customers
- Reducing attrition by monitoring
- Negotiating and convincing individual customers to continue their relationship with the bank and the organization
- Answer questions regarding EMI payments
- How a particular product works
- What type of support is available, and so on.
- Creating reports
- MIS data
- SharePoint Management
Education & Skills
- Graduate or MBA
- Core banking systems (CRM / Way 4 / Finacle/ FinnOne )
- Core banking systems
