Revenue Accountant (Driving License Mandatory)

ob Summary:

The Revenue Accountant is responsible for managing sales revenue, receivables, and collections across multiple F&B outlets. The role includes handling cash collections, invoice tracking, and ensuring timely reconciliation. The candidate must hold a valid driving license to visit various locations for collection and coordination purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily sales revenue from multiple outlets
• Collect cash, cheques, and invoices from different branch locations
• Ensure timely deposit of collections and proper documentation
• Reconcile sales reports with cash and system records
• Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
• Verify invoices, credit notes, and ensure accuracy of billing
• Maintain proper records of collections and update ERP/accounting system
• Coordinate with outlet managers for discrepancies in sales or collections
• Assist in monthly closing, reporting, and audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in F&B or retail
• Experience handling revenue, receivables, and collections
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, FMC or similar)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
