About the Role:
At Mina Group, we believe that a restaurant is more than a place to dine — it’s a stage for unforgettable experiences. The Restaurant Revenue & Experiences Manager plays a critical role in bringing that vision to life. This position is responsible for curating and converting high-value guest opportunities — from VIP bookings and large parties to on-site activations, brand partnerships, and community outreach. Working closely with the General Manager and the Revenue & Relevance team, this leader ensures our dining rooms are filled with the right guests, the right energy, and the right experiences to maximize both visibility and profitability.
This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that requires equal parts strategy, stamina, and floor presence. You’ll own the large-party and private dining pipeline, lead marketing activations, and elevate every guest interaction with creativity, confidence, and poise.

Salary Range: Base Salary of $55,000-60,000 + 2-3% commission on event sales. Estimated Annual commission is $50,000,-$100,000.
