Our Holiday Homes department is looking for a Revenue & Operations Executive who will:

• Manage and optimize revenue across all our holiday home properties
• Handle all OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and PMS (Property Management Systems)
• Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between teams
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing guest needs
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance schedules and teams
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate closely with the operations and admin teams for efficient execution

What you must bring to the table:

• Proven experience in revenue management (Holiday Homes or Hospitality preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license and own car
• Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Must be available to join immediately

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
