Revenue Assurance Executive (Females are Encouraged to Apply)

Summary of the position:

At Stormfiber we are looking for a Revenue Assurance Executive which entails organizational assistance through its different stages and/or aspects, as and when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Description of Responsibilities:

• Retain Customers by Resolving Issues from billing end, service related issues from technical teams.
• Build customer trust and long-term relationships by taking feedbacks.
• Ensure timely Monthly Payments.
• Follow-ups of Pending Customer Queries and Payments.
• Maintain status records of customers.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Essential

• Minimum B. Com/BBA majoring in Finance
• 2-3 Years of relevant experience of account receivable /collection in relevant industry. Fresh can also apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Understanding of ERP-Oracle/Microsoft Excel
• Negotiation and convincing skills for collections.

Desirable:

• Language skills, Urdu, English and local language (preferred)
• Independence with positive energy level
• Creativity emphasize on Excellence.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
