Sr. Executive Accounts Receivable

• Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up via email/calls.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of receipts and credit notes.
• Prepare AR aging reports and share collection forecasts.
• Support month-end closing activities and assist with audits.
• Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• FMCG Industry : 3 years (Preferred)
• SAP S4/HANA: 2 years (Preferred)
