Your Purpose:
Support Revenue Controlling HQ & Passenger Cars Sales team in the financial steering of business with markets in the SEA region. Be the operational point of contact for Revenue Controlling HQ. Provide complete, accurate and timely planning of Passenger Cars Business Unit. Form and maintain business partner relationships. Enhance processes and provide options for more revenue generation. Deputise Revenue Controlling Manager
Your Responsibilities:
Financial Steering:
Support Sales Passenger Cars in the financial steering of business with GD markets in the SEA region under consideration of volume and financial aspects
Ongoing evaluation and tracking of chances & risks to submitted targets/plans using Plan/Actuals analysis considering all levers (Volume, Quota, Mix, Price, Discounts, FX). In case of detected deviations to plan, initiation of discussion regarding compensation of such effects
Planning & Forecasting:
Ensure timeliness and high quality of Planning (OP, EAs) & Forecasting
Continuous alignment of plan and analyse the actual trend on a monthly basis with the business unit
Pricing:
Ensure Revenue Controlling involvement and participation at early stage of product launch process to provide input to product and pricing team with the objective to derive recommendations for Sales team to steer the GDs orders in a way to maximize contribution on new products and facelifts
Company Car Pricing:
Evaluate and Review company car scheme twice a year
Prepare the financial contribution evaluation following the set KPIs
Compliance:
Ensure 4 Eyes principle & segregation of duties
Adhere to all MBCME and MBAG rules & regulations
Display integrity in any work related aspect
Reward and disclose Compliance achievement as well as misconducts
Technical knowledge
Your Profile:
Technical knowledge
Microsoft Office knowledge especially MS Excel
Experience with BI tools (Power BI)
Excellent English language skills (German will be an added advantage)
Controlling experience in a sales environment
