About the Role

As a Revenue & Customer Sales Manager, we rely on you to

Ensure the smooth and efficient operations in the department to achieve maximum room revenue in order to meet or exceed the revenue target
Be responsible for implementation of policies and procedures, providing proper training to the team
Observe and ensure that proper telephone manners are maintained at all times
Monitor the reservations system to ensure there is no discrepancy
Provide a warm, helpful and informative service over the phone
Contribute to creating an excellent experience to all guests
Handle all guest requests in a professional and timely manner
Upsell rooms to meet guests' needs and improve hotel revenue
Show empathy; understand diversity in guest behavior

About You

Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
Is a strong team player
Has a can-do attitude
Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers
Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
Understands the global markets and local environment
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
Has good selling skills
Is people-oriented attitude
Is proficient in operating Opera PMS
