Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Consultant for Workflow Optimization to join our mission-driven organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—both internal stakeholders and client partners—so familiarity with revenue cycle metrics, KPIs and terminology is essential.

Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required):
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in revenue cycle operations, consulting, or a related healthcare role
- Prior experience in a client-facing or advisory capacity strongly preferred
- Familiarity with major revenue cycle platforms required, with a preference of Millennium experience.
- Experience supporting workflow design, optimization, or implementation within a healthcare setting preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) or RHIA/RHIT a plus
- Required travel up to 50%
- US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary workflow subject matter expert for revenue cycle end users across internal teams and client organizations
- Coordinate between technical resources, revenue cycle operations staff, and client leadership to identify, assess, and resolve workflow challenges
- Evaluate existing revenue cycle workflows and recommend modifications that improve accuracy, efficiency, and end-user adoption
- Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date workflow documentation for all revenue cycle processes
- Provide consistent end-user support through a structured combination of scheduled office hours and onsite presence
- Serve as an escalation resource for complex or time-sensitive workflow concerns, facilitating timely resolution across stakeholder groups
- Partner with technical teams to ensure that system configurations and build decisions align with operational workflow needs
- Monitor the effectiveness of workflow changes over time, gathering feedback from end users and making iterative improvements as needed
- Build strong working relationships with client leaders and staff to proactively surface workflow gaps before they impact operations
- Support organizational change by guiding end users through workflow transitions with clear communication and hands-on assistance
