BioHealth Finance is a leading financial services provider specializing in the healthcare sector across the Sultanate. We are currently expanding our flagship operations in Al Ghubrah.

The Role (Your Mission): * End-to-End Oversight: Lead the full revenue cycle process, from patient registration and insurance verification to final billing and collections.

• Claims Optimization: Monitor and resolve claim denials, ensuring a high "clean claim" rate and minimizing aging accounts receivable.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all billing practices strictly adhere to Omani Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and local insurance payer requirements.
• Team Leadership: Manage a dedicated team of medical coders and billing specialists, providing training and performance audits to maintain BioHealth’s quality standards.
• Reporting: Analyze weekly and monthly financial KPIs to provide actionable insights to the Director of Finance.

Prerequisites (The Must-Haves): * Experience: 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), specifically within a healthcare or medical finance environment.

• Technical Skill: Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and advanced Excel for data modeling.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Accounting.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of medical coding (ICD-10) and the Omani healthcare insurance landscape.

Core Competencies: * Sharp analytical mind with a focus on "leakage" prevention in the revenue stream.

• Strong leadership skills to manage a high-pressure, deadline-driven billing environment.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a significant advantage given the location).
