Revenue-Generating Dentist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dentist with a strong existing patient database in Fujairah. The ideal candidate should be skilled in delivering high-quality dental care, and capable of building long-term patient relationships that contribute to the growth of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of dental services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.
• Utilize personal patient database to generate revenue and expand clinic’s client base.
• Ensure exceptional patient experience and maintain high standards of clinical excellence.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with clinic management and staff to achieve the service goals.
• Stay updated with latest advancements in dentistry and apply best practices.
• Comply with UAE Ministry of Health (MOH) standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid MOH license to practice in Fujairah.
• Proven track record as a practicing dentist with an established patient base in Fujairah.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to attract and retain patients
• Fluent in Arabic & English
