Role Description

Revenue Growth Partner – Finance Business Track (Hybrid | Dubai)

This is a client-facing, growth-oriented internship designed for individuals who want exposure beyond traditional accounting.

The Revenue Growth Partner will represent Infoaccts in the market, helping businesses understand how we support them as a Finance Business Partner. This role combines business development, client relations, and strategic finance exposure.

You will not be limited to internal accounting tasks — instead, you will actively contribute to revenue growth, market positioning, and client relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business leads within the UAE market

• Engage with founders and SMEs to explain Infoaccts’ finance partnership model

• Act as the bridge between clients and the internal operations team

• Support client onboarding and relationship management

• Participate in strategic discussions with leadership

• Collaborate with the marketing team on growth initiatives

• Contribute ideas to scale recurring revenue and long-term client retention

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Interest in finance advisory and business strategy

• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in performance-based roles

• Confidence in client-facing discussions

• Basic understanding of financial reporting and UAE compliance is a plus

Compensation

Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential tied directly to revenue generation and growth contribution.
