About the Role:
Aptean is seeking a detail-oriented and insights-driven Revenue Intelligence and Insights Analyst to support our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Services teams. In this role, you’ll help drive revenue performance by delivering data-backed analysis, reporting, and recommendations that inform GTM execution and business decision-making. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the go-to-market engine to surface actionable insights around pipeline, forecasting, rep performance, and customer lifecycle dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into performance across sales, marketing, customer success, and services organizations.

Monitor and analyze trends in bookings, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

Support Services leaders with insights related to project performance, utilization, backlog, and delivery metrics.

Partner with GTM stakeholders to identify gaps in pipeline, productivity, and revenue attainment.

Deliver regular insights packages to business leaders that drive operational improvement and accountability.

Assist with forecast hygiene reviews and funnel health assessments.

Collaborate with RevOps teammates on cross-functional initiatives tied to reporting, systems, and planning.
Qualifications:

2–4 years in a business intelligence, revenue operations, or analytics role within a SaaS or software environment.

Experience with Salesforce reporting; familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker preferred.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL knowledge a plus.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, concise takeaways.

Strong business acumen and a bias toward action and problem-solving.
