We are currently looking for a Revenue Management Executive to join our Nestlé Professional team.

Location: Ankara
Type of contract: Permanent

As a Revenue Management Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Oversee the Total Trade Spend (TTS) and Tender Investment processes to ensure accurate Profit and Loss (P&L) reflection, monthly SAP postings, and monitoring of plan versus actual balances for future impact assessment
  • Ensure the accuracy of distributor discounts (Gross Proceeds of Sales - GPR) in the system by reviewing their validity and preparing definition forms as necessary.
  • Prepare reports (Univera and SAP) and documentation (Total Trade Spend and Tender Calculation Reports). Coordinate and control activities with regional stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Nestlé’s corporate guidelines and conducting audits as required
  • Verify the accuracy and consistency of invoices received from customers based on actual commercial investments. Collaborate with the Accounting team for timely and accurate invoice entries in alignment with Nestlé guidelines. Archive commercial expense reports alongside supporting documents.
  • Prepare and consolidate reports such as Total Trade Spend-Tender Advance, archive monthly expense documentation, and ensure timely submission to stakeholders. Lead monthly review meetings with Commercial Development Team (CDT) teams to identify additional actions related to trade investments and support the Strategic Revenue Manager in decision-making processes.
  • Lead the enhancement and digitalization of Total Trade Spend (TTS) request and approval processes. Monitor and control these processes through regular field and distributor visits, taking necessary actions for identified areas of improvement.
  • Conduct monthly distributor visits and ensure audit reviews of reports based on commercial investments. Confirm the accuracy and compliance of customer invoices related to these investments.
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • A minimum of 6 years of commercial experience, with a strong emphasis on sales. Previous experience in Sales Development roles is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills to assess data and drive decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of key business principles and the sales process.
  • Familiarity with key business functions to facilitate effective collaboration across departments.
  • Excellent command of English
